I normally expect a 2 bedroom property to take around two hours to shoot, depending on how well prepared it is in advance. This includes all interior spaces and a selection of external shots.

 

My hourly rate is £150 and a half day (4 hours) is £600  - or if you have a larger property, or multiple properties, then a full day (7 hours) is £995.

 

This includes all of the following:

 

• Advance research online to assess the best lighting angles for the exterior shots

• Shoot time on site, covered by £5m in public liability insurance

• Image selection and processing after the shoot

• Reasonable retouching to tidy up any exterior issues such as rubbish/leaves/weather marks etc.

• Supply of high resolution image files via secure online link, usually within 2 working days max.

• Full licensing, for you to use the images as you wish in perpetuity

• Travel time within a 15 mile radius of Milton Keynes for hourly and half day bookings, or a 30 mile radius for full day bookings
